Christopher works closely with the senior management team to develop strategy, help monitor the financial performance of the organization and recommend operational options the Executive Director. He also acts as the liaison to staff and other key stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director.
Previously, he spent six years consulting on high profile court cases at Trial Practices, Inc., which entailed conducting jury profiling analyses, thematic development of case presentations and strategic planning for trial. Christopher also spent two years as a correspondent for the St. Petersburg Times, designated a top ten national newspaper by the Columbia Journalism Review and TIME magazine. He earned an MBA from the University of South Florida with a specialization in Building Sustainable Enterprise and is certified as a LEED Green Associate by the U. S. Green Building Council. Christopher firmly believes organizations must focus on the triple bottom line - social, environmental and economic factors - to be successful in the 21st century. He is proud to serve the families of the Lower Ninth Ward.
